Each year the ICO conducts an awards program to recognize orchestras, conductors, and volunteers that have demonstrated exceptional achievement. These highly sought-after awards provide local and statewide recognition to both individuals and their organizations. An application brochure is mailed to member orchestras in the late summer. The deadline for applications is the first week of December. An independent panel of judges reviews materials in December, and awards are announced in January. A formal presentation is held in mid-winter. Members of the ICO Board of Directors will also make a formal presentation during the spring, upon request, to each of the award-winning orchestras at a concert or other special occasion. Only current ICO member orchestras are eligible for the prestigious annual awards.

Awards Application: This application form should be printed, filled out, and turned in with all other materials no later than Friday, January 15, 2010.
