Administrative Mentorships

Are you looking to grow in your arts administration career? Are you new to the field and have quesitons? Are you wanting to plot your career path? Are you working through a challenge in your currnet role or organziation and needing guidance? If you answered "yes" to any of these, apply for the ICO's new administrative mentorship program. The ICO wants to help you grow in your career. 

Arts aministrative mentorships offered across all areas including:

  • Executive director and/or general manager
  • Artistic
  • Operations
  • Development
  • Education
  • Marketing
  • Public Relations
  • Finance
  • Human Resources
     

Meeting Options

2-3 sessions at mutually agreeable times will be scheduled over a 9-12 month period. Meetings can happen over zoom (or similar platform), in-person, or in any combination. 

Requirements/Guidelines

Open to all career arts administrators. 
No application or program fees.
Membership in ICO is not needed to apply. 

 While there is no fee to participate in the program, we do ask that all mentees are associated with a currnet ICO member organization or become an ICO member at the individual level ($50/annually).
